Graphic Designer
True Protein is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer who is passionate about health, fitness & wellness to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging visual content across print, digital and social platforms, blending strong graphic design fundamentals with dynamic motion graphics.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a creative portfolio showcasing their work. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a variety of visual materials, including marketing materials, social media graphics, product packaging, and more. They should be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
In this role, the Graphic Designer will be an integral member of the marketing team, reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer and working closely with other team members to create visually stunning and effective materials that support our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs for digital, social media, website, and print collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
Motion Graphics: Develop and animate motion graphics for social media, ads, website, and video content.
Packaging Design: Design and refine packaging assets for products, ensuring a high-quality, on-brand look across physical and digital touchpoints.
Brand Identity: Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints.
Content Creation: Design engaging assets for paid and organic social campaigns, including Instagram stories, YouTube thumbnails, GIFs, and animated banners.
Video Editing: Edit short-form video content, integrating motion graphics and typography.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop assets for product launches, campaigns, brand storytelling, social media, web banners, email campaigns and more.
Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with design and motion trends to push creative boundaries.
Time Management: Managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and packaging design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity.
Experience designing packaging and print materials, with knowledge of print production processes.
Basic understanding of 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a bonus.
Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience designing ecommerce assets is preferred but not required.
