We are currently seeking a Creative Lead from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry with 8+ year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in graphic designing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
We are looking for Graphic Designer with 3-8 years of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, including logos, website elements, social media graphics, advertisements, Pitch decks, catalogue, brochure, etc.
Hands on experience in creating creatives for Meta ads and Google ads for lead generation
Leverage AI design tools (such as midjourney and Pebley) to streamline and enhance the design process.
Collaborate with the marketing, development, and product teams to create designs that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
Implement AI-powered design automation for repetitive tasks, helping to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
Use AI-driven insights to enhance creativity and produce data-informed design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in design and AI tools to incorporate new techniques and methodologies into your work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Adobe Sensei, Canva with AI, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) for enhancing creativity, automating processes, or generating design assets.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
Knowledge of web design and user interface (UI/UX) design principles.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly, with a passion for integrating technology into the creative process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience working with AI tools in the context of content creation, automation, and creative ideation. Experience in 3D design or motion graphics is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
