As a Graphic Designer at Dodge 'n Burns, you will be key in crafting visually impactful designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, content creators, and clients to bring ideas to life, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of creativity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content that aligns with client objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall design process.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life.
• Malayalam language proficiency is a requirement as of now.
