Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate creative visual designer for the Marketing team to develop creative visuals and deliver compelling original collateral across multiple product, content, experiential, and communication platforms on udaan. In this role, you will be working both independently and alongside cross-functional teams to create visuals according to a wide variety of strategic business briefs. You will be required to act as a hands-on designer and also lead a team of designers who will develop creatives for online(banners, landing pages, gifs, mails, infographics, videos) & offline (posters, standees, newsletters, and other collateral) .
Professional Background and Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Ecomm and app-first firms
• Create GIFs and beautiful aesthetic videos for festive campaigns and sale events etc.
• Expertise in Adobe Design Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other image-editing tools with certifications
• Proven experience in creating compelling, effective creatives for online & offline platforms
• Worked on online-first products and has an understanding of the digital landscape and user experience
• Understands brand tonality & style guide, works to evolve it while staying true to the essence
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions & teams and deliver results within the agreed timelines - relevant experience for 2 years minimum
• Ability to lead a team of designers, identify their strength areas, harness them and ensure their output quality gets better consistently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take end-to-end responsibility of creative theming and deliverables.
• Understanding of what makes content — everything from motion graphics to live-action—engaging and successful across channels and audiences
• Passionate about graphic design, brand identity, typography, photography, illustration, andmotion — keeping up with the latest trends across all
• Think conceptually to produce high quality, aesthetically executed creatives including illustrations, typography, and infographics for online content (both editorial and promotional) as well as social media
• Proven mastery of Adobe creative tools and ability to prototype visual design work in- situation to present concepts, brief creative partners, or for final delivery
• Ability to tell stories with a command of visual, communication and motion design principles, including composition, framing, alignment, lighting and timing.
