Incentive / Salary
• Stipend: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month (base pay - Performance based)
Roles and Responsibilities
• We are looking for a Professional Graphic Designer who can work with Ultrix as a Full-time/ part-time / Freelance basis.
• You will take charge of developing contents as per client requirements.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include two or more simultaneous projects.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
