Graphics Designer Responsibilities / Role:
● An ideal candidate will be with an eye for detail, a creative mind for fast invention and enthusiastic about creating high-quality, engaging content.
● Conceptualize, strategize, and develop.
● He/she should be a master of camera angles, framings, point of view, and camera movement.
● Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
● Candidate should work fast, efficiently and with excellent communication
● Work along with Communication & Marketing teams to provide outstanding and unique branding materials for both Online and Offline.
● Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
● Develop graphics, animations, GIFs, videos, and integrate voice-overs.
● Find intriguing stock footage, appropriate for the subject matter.
● Integrate motion graphics components.
● Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
Skills:
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
● Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
● 2– 4 years of relevant experience in the advertising industry
● Proven work experience as a graphic designer/media professional or having passion & skill set.
● Candidate to show qualities like persistence and objectivity, a team player, project a professional image and have a knowledge of social media.
● Good Proficiency in English communication skills
Requirements:
● Graduates / Post Graduates with 2 to 4 years of work experience in a similar field.
● 1-3 years of building a media ecosystem for e-commerce/start-ups.
● Very deep business acumen and a strong problem solver.
● Highly driven and resourceful candidate (fast-paced start-up experience preferred)
● Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
● Excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach
● Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset
● Experience working with consumer brands, social media & content marketing.
