The Opportunity
Location: Remote
Experience: 2-3 years
Sportskeeda is looking for experienced graphic designers for its US sports verticals (NFL, MLB and NHL).
Scope of Work
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Help content team with cover image graphic for NFL/NHL/MLB articles
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Churn out 20-25 unique cover images on working days
• Co-ordinate with the content manager and editors for swift execution
• Develop illustrations and other designs/templates
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
Requirements:
• Candidates with prior reasonable experience (2-3 years) in creating graphics for editorial should apply
• Minimum of 1.5 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and CorelDraw), Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating expertise in graphic design and visual communication.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team
