Position: Graphic Designer
Experience: Fresher - 3 Years
Responsibilities
● Study design briefs and determine requirements
● Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
● Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
● Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
● Developing design briefs that suit the Institutional purpose
● Work with copywriters and Branding Manager to produce final design
● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
● Get it proofread by the Content Writer to avoid content errors
Requirements
● Knowledge of Software like Corel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
● A can-do attitude. No creative task is too small or too big for you to get in there and execute on it.
● The ability to be a team player who is happy to share ideas, take constructive feedback from
teammates and go the extra mile when required
● The ability to remain flexible and positive if designs need to change or direction is modified.
● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
● Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at
once
● Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
● Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
