Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to as follows:
Work as part of the digital marketing and branding team to understand project scope and objectives and deliver design-related requirements.
Assist in selecting audio, videos, colors, animations, images, etc., and maintaining a repository of ready-to-use raw materials needed for various design projects.
Create and implement brand guidelines and design systems. Ensure compliance with said guidelines to ensure branding and designs are consistent and creative.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for social media, the company website, internal communication, and various marketing collaterals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
Conduct regular research to keep up with the competitors and the latest design trends.
Take quality photos, shoot videos at various events in the company, and maintain a repository of internal images to be used in content creation and design projects.
Requirements
Must haves:
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Expertise in creating videos and video editing.
Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of the concepts of Branding, Digital Marketing, and Social Media platforms.
Good knowledge of basic graphic designing principles, color theory, typography, principles
Experience building brand collaterals like flyers, brochures, pitch decks, banners, etc.
Should be a detail-oriented individual who reviews their work carefully. Delivering excellent quality is crucial.
Must have an impeccable sense of Visual Design and a compulsive eye for detail.
Effective time management and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner and multitasker
Nice to haves:
Previously having worked with a marketing team or department would be an added advantage
Experience in designing web pages and creating mock-ups using Figma, Invision, or similar will be very beneficial
Experience & Education:
3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably as part of a digital marketing team.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Candidates specializing in fine arts or visual design will have an added advantage.)
