• Design and create highly engaging motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing communications, multimedia campaigns, virtual and live events etc.) across a variety of canvases including web, smartphones, televisions etc.
• Owning all the phases of development including conceptualization, story boarding, animating, and editing.
• Assist in the creation of conceptual layouts and animation storyboards.
• Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Working under the guidance and in collaboration with the senior members of the team, execute small to medium scale projects, from conception to delivery by creating original work that is creatively effective and demonstrate fresh thinking.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Independently manage own work queue, related tools and proactively engage with other teams when needed.
• Ensure practice of standard design process.
• Ensure a high standard of personal discipline and organizational engagement
Requirements
• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work showcasing high-end digital design skills.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to video production design and animation.
• A strong sense of editorial timing and direction.
• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.
• Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Visual design and video production tools.
• Good knowledge of Cinema 4D, Premiere, Final Cut Pro and their proper implementation is highly desirable.
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Energetic, task-oriented, with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Quick learner, detail oriented, efficient and dependable.
• High sense of urgency and must be able to work well under pressure.
