We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry, who can bring our brand vision to life through impactful visuals and ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality static graphics, carousel posts, and motion creatives tailored for digital platforms
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Meta ads, YouTube Shorts) for performance marketing campaigns
Develop creative assets that align with the brand’s aesthetic and voice across Meta, Google, and e-commerce platforms
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to interpret briefs into visually engaging outputs
Create product-centric graphics that drive engagement, brand recall, and conversions
Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
Stay updated on trends in beauty advertising, Meta creative formats, and D2C visual storytelling
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Strong portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives, reels, motion design, and brand visual storytelling
Solid understanding of social media formats, ad performance metrics, and platform-specific best practices
Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form content with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
Familiarity with e-commerce visuals (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart) is a plus
Attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across formats
