As we expand our presence across international markets, we’re looking for a Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join Phenom’s India team to support our content initiatives and strengthen our global voice.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3–4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing SaaS company. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our digital products and marketing communications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design principles, is well-versed in B2B design strategies, is curious about and comfortable experimenting with AI tools, and understands how to visually communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Design visually compelling assets for SaaS-focused marketing campaigns including website graphics, landing pages, product explainers, emailers, webinars, social media creatives, reports, and digital ads.
• Video Editing: Editing and assembling video footage, adding graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance the video. Telling stories visually through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
• Content Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that are optimized for specific platforms.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilizing industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Brand Custodian: Contribute to and maintain the brand design system, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc), After Effects or XD and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing design work specifically tailored for SaaS or tech products - this should include examples of graphics for web, social media posts, video teasers, GIFs, or motion graphics.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate across remote or cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
