Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time | On-site at Worli)

Location: Worli, Mumbai (Work from founder's home office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday flexibility)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing creative setup. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and bring MSME brand ideas to life through optimal design.

What You’ll Do:
Design brand collateral across social media, digital, and print platforms
Edit reels and short-form videos aligned with current social media trends
Create mood boards, brand kits, and visual assets
Work across industries like F&B, travel, music, and lifestyle
Collaborate closely with the founder to brainstorm, strategize, and execute creative ideas
Stay updated on design, editing, and social trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
Strong command over graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)
Proficiency in video editing and reel creation
A sharp eye for design, layout, and detail
Strong understanding of social media content formats and visual storytelling
Someone who’s excited to be part of a nimble and growing team with room to experiment and grow
