Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic designing, Video editing, creating Marketing Collateral. This role will open for 3 months as a contract, and if everything goes well, the role will be converted to full-time.

Responsibilities
• Design visual content for print and social media that aligns with our brand, reinforces our status and reputation and is appropriate for our various audiences
• Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our community members
• Edit video clips for use on various social media platforms
• Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events
• Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
• Assist team in developing and executing communications plans
• Provide technical support for all design- and video-related efforts
• Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
• Design and layout of essential business materials (e. g. business cards, presentations)
• Create infographics to simplify the communication of complex concepts to our community members
Requirements
• At least a bachelor's degree in Visual Communications is good to have.
• Good to have a strong eye on effective graphical and visual development for marketing collaterals.
• Ability to take full ownership of visual marketing, including working closely with the content creators and other team members.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe, Figma and other up-to-the-trend video editing and visual development tools
