Position Overview:
We're seeking a versatile Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 5-10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creating engaging visual content that effectively communicates brand messages and captivates audiences. This remote position is specifically for candidates based in Kerala, India.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging design concepts for various media including print, web, and social media.
Use video editing tools to piece together footage, graphics, and sound to create compelling visual narratives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary to meet deadlines.
Provide input on creative direction as well as improvements for graphic design and video editing processes.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and standards; continually expand and refine personal design and video editing capabilities.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of professional graphic design and video editing experience.
Proven ability to create high-impact, creative visual and video content.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts to team members and clients.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and design trends.
Knowledge of video editing principles, including motion graphics and sound design.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Kerala, India.
