Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute visually appealing designs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Create engaging video content by editing raw footage, adding special effects, transitions, and audio enhancements.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, to design and enhance graphics, logos, banners, and other visual elements.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality designs.
Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, provide creative solutions, and incorporate feedback to deliver exceptional results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail while producing high-quality work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to align designs with overall marketing objectives.
Maintain an organized library of digital assets, templates, and project files to ensure efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and strong knowledge of video editing techniques, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design principles.
Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and conceptualisation abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and ideas.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
