Roles & Responsibilities:
• Effectively conceptualize, design and execute all visuals to support marketing efforts on digital, e-commerce and print media.
• Ability to understand product/brand strategy for creating a visual language with various visual design processes for product package designing.
• Participate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming and storyboarding for video & graphic projects.
• Ability to plan, produce and edit video content by developing attention-grabbing videos for advertising purposes on various digital and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct solo video shoots both on-site and off-site using cameras, phones and other electronic gadgets.
• Edit and animate social ads for various social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Provide creative direction on motion graphics, typography, and other dynamic elements to produce a high-quality, engaging final product.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for video-related inquiries.
• Experience with various video creation applications.
• Research industry-related topics and create various creative content/shoot videos for social media and various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and the company’s official e-commerce website in the form of reels, memes, humorous and witty content, digital campaign, email banners, gifs, posters, infographics.
• Retouch, correct, and colour-grade videos and graphic media.
• Assemble all raw footage & digitally cut the files to put together the film's sequence and create the final cut of the video. Select, edit, and incorporate third-party content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed.
• Shoot and create a 360-degree video of the product to showcase on various e-commerce platforms including social media.
• Design product packaging, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, web pages, and other communication materials.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and packaging.
• Creating website banners, website layout for the company.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and the web designing.
• Hands on Software required Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketching, InDesign.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
• Strong analytical skills & Excellent eye for details.
