Position Summary:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing visually compelling branding strategies. You will oversee a team of junior designers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality output. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain strong brand identities across various platforms, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
• Creative Direction: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects align with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and training to foster their professional growth.
• Design Execution: Create high-quality design assets, such as print materials, digital graphics, website designs, and social media content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, effectively communicating design concepts and recommendations.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our work remains relevant and innovative.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and identity development.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of designers.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Especially Premier Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
