Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and other similar tools

• Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for a range of mediums, including print materials, digital assets, marketing campaigns, and more.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements.

• Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate brand messages and align with design guidelines.

• Produce designs for various platforms, such as social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.

• Adapt and modify existing designs to suit different campaigns or projects while maintaining consistency in branding.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations..

Video Editing:

• Adobe Premiere, Final cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Filmora, Lightworks and others, short video making, story composing video, education related video and others.

• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging videos that align with the brand's messaging and creative vision and create amazing videos that capture the essence of a brand or a message.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project goals, target audience, and video requirements.

• Enhance videos with creative transitions, visual effects, motion graphics, and sound elements to elevate their quality.

• Select and arrange the most compelling shots, ensuring seamless continuity, pacing, and storytelling.

• To produce well researched video content with profound impact on the target audience on various topics.

• Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the emotional resonance and impact of videos.

• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve the quality and innovation of video content.

• Manage and organize video assets, maintain file organization, and ensure version control.

• Juggle multiple video projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Content Writing:

• Excellent verbal and written skills, Blog Writing, Knowledge of Medium, Blogger, Toolchecker like Small SEO Tool, Grammarly, Plagiarism checker, paraphrasing tool, creative title generation and content development.

• Develop high-quality written content for various mediums, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.

• Individual contribution in the development of content and creative thinking ability to create the content.

• Reviewing, editing and proofreading content

• Able to write creative headlines and topics which could attract people with the content.

• Content creation for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter handle. Also, can create a content with low plagiarism rate and free from grammatical errors.

• Knowledge about tools like paraphrasing, plagiarism tool check, grammatical check,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and content requirements.

• Research and gather information on relevant topics to create informative, accurate, and well-researched content.

• Adapt writing style to match the brand's tone and voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices to improve search engine visibility.

• Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and clarity to ensure a polished and error-free final product.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments to contribute fresh and relevant content ideas.

• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
