Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Design and produce a wide range of materials including advertisements, brochures, posters, digital assets, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and translate them into creative designs.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all design projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and apply them effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design.
• Create 2D and/or 3D animations based on project requirements and creative briefs.
• Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize key scenes and sequences.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other artists to ensure animation meets artistic and technical standards.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions throughout the production process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in animation.
• Solve technical challenges related to animation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Animator or similar role with a strong portfolio of animated work.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, or similar programs.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, character animation, and storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction well.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
