About the Role
We're looking for a multi-skilled creative who's equally confident editing Reels as they are designing carousels - and knows how to use GenAI tools to move faster and smarter.
This role is not for beginners. It's for someone who's savvy with AI, strong in graphic design, sharp in video editing, and fluent in conversational and written English. You'll be working with global clients and fast-paced briefs - so clear thinking, good taste, and speed matter.
What You'll Be Doing
• Design high-quality static & motion content (Reels, TikToks, Carousels, Infographics)
• Edit raw video clips into polished, engaging short-form content
• Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to ideate, generate, and enhance creative
• Add captions, transitions, voiceovers, and deliver ready-to-publish video edits
• Create content that doesn't just "look good" but drives clicks, conversions, and engagement
• Collaborate with content strategists, creators, and performance marketers
• Deliver consistently and independently - we love creatives who take initiative.
You're a Fit If You Have:
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design + short-form video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, Runway
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform nuances (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• An eye for storytelling, brand tone, and content that performs
• Fluent conversational and written English
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take feedback like a champ
