You are expected to work hands-on with the Marketing requirements and also collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Design teams as and when needed.Primary ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos that meet brand guidelines and project objectives.Create visually stunning graphics and assets for various social media platformsConceptualise and develop ideas from scratch for demos and videosCreate compelling decks, reports, and documents for both internal and external useDemonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet requirements and exceed expectations.Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.QualificationsPrior experience of 3-7 years as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer.Well-versed with Video Editing & Graphic Design Software like Adobe Suite (or alternatives) Figma, and GSuite.Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, and pacing.Excellent eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of various projects.Bonus PointsExperience with motion graphics or animation software.Knowledge of social media video best practices.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
