Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and effective graphics. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually engaging content for our marketing campaigns, website, social media, and other promotional materials. Should also have an understanding of creating content for the posts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements.
Design and produce creative assets for various marketing channels, including print and digital media.
Develop visually compelling graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content.
Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, banners, flyers, and presentations.
Generate innovative ideas for content creation to attract and engage our target audience.
Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh design concepts into projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Video Editing or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education or recruitment sector.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, visualization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
