Golden Abodes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with video editing expertise to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including graphics and videos, to promote our real estate projects and brand identity across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, social media posts, etc.
Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and testimonials for digital marketing.
Create engaging reels, stories, and short videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Work with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
Optimize videos for web and social media formats.
Retouch and edit photos of projects and team events.
Manage and organize the digital asset library.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and software.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a keen creative eye.
Experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of motion graphics.
Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDraw and video editing apps.
Ability to handle DSLR or camera equipment during shoots (optional).
Knowledge of real estate marketing and branding is an added advantage.
