Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor based in Pune. The individual will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos, developing brand identities, and managing typography. Day-to-day tasks include designing brochures, hoardings, site kits for real estate projects, and creating content for social media and other digital platforms. The role also involves editing videos to align with the company's branding and campaign strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Design branding collaterals for real estate projects (logos, brochures, hoardings, flyers, site branding)
• Work on visual assets for digital and social media campaigns (Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube thumbnails)
• Translate strategy briefs and content into high-impact design
• Assist with project decks, CP kits, moodboards, layouts for pitch presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across visual content for clients + internal branding
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 1–3 years of agency, studio, or freelance design experience
• Strong real estate portfolio + some work across FMCG, fashion, hospitality, or product brands
• Comfortable with high-speed, multi-tasking setup
• Understands grid systems, type hierarchy, layout design
Tools & Skills Required:
• Must-Have Tools:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva (Pro) – for quick digital adaptations
• Google Slides / PowerPoint – for pitch design decks
• Bonus Tools:
• Adobe InDesign – for booklet layouts (CP Kits, brand books)
• Figma – for moodboards and design collaboration
• After Effects (basic animations or transitions)
• Skills:
• Typography, layout design, creative ideation, brand language adaptation, fast file prep
