The Graphic Designer/DTP Specialist will work as an integral part of the bid/ proposal team to ensure all Production of proposal graphics for use both in electronic and hard copy materials. An understanding of professional print requirements and the ability to liaise with them outlining client Have the ability to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling visual representations. Confident working with a range of software and design tools to create design output that can be incorporated into tender documents and accompanying materials such as brochures, flyers, proposals, presentations, and other media as specified/required. Principal Duties/Responsibilities Design and create incredible documents, presentations, templates, presentation elements, diagrams, Proficient/highly experienced user of Microsoft Office incorporating Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient/highly experienced user of Adobe software incorporating InDesign and Illustrator. Support the bid and proposal team in the production of client facing presentations and documents Ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables. Precisely control and interpret information flow between team members. Ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment without compromising artistic creativity and graphic description/representation of business ideas and messages, for client pitches and update presentations; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements incorporating imagery and designs that convey WTW values.
