Job Description
The ideal candidate will also assist in the creation of brand material including packaging, flyers, visiting cards, logos, etc. The candidate will execute online marketing strategies for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to generate leads and increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous digital media marketing experience, high-quality content creation abilities, and be able to monitor and increase the company's digital presence.
Responsibilities
• Content and Design
• Conduct research on competing brands and products to be able to design and deliver superior brand aesthetics for the company at all touchpoints.
• Review, and redesign the brand kit of the company and associated brands to ensure compatible, consistent, visually appealing, and on-brand graphics and material.
• Catalogue and maintain all content and material in a well-structured pipeline using effective modern collaboration tools and strategies.
• Illustrate concepts by designing the layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Design all print and digital assets including sell sheets, display ads, sales presentations, brochures, event materials, product packaging, and more.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop/illustrator/canva as needed.
• Conceptualize, design, test, and implement new web interfaces to improve engagement and user experience.
• Research, learn, and delivery new and effective content types as per prevailing trends in the market.

• Marketing:
• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies & Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Launch and oversee on Search Ads, Display Ads (Google), Facebook and Instagram ads,
• Remarketing Ads (Google and Facebook), App Install campaigns (Facebook, Google), Brand campaigns (Facebook, Google)
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI & Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Campaign planning, execution and optimization of different types of campaigns
• Explore new streams for growing campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Target the right audience for campaign optimizations.
• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
• Monitor company presence on social media
• Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness and lead.
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Note- Working knowledge and experience of analytics tools and marketing ERP is compulsory (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends, etc.)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
