Job Description: Graphic Designer(fresher)
Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer(fresher). This role involves developing engaging visual content for various creating eye-catching graphics, and contributing to our overall brand presence.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our brand message through visual elements.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and create visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to images, infographics, videos, GIFs, and animations.
2. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business objectives.
4. Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the visual impact of our social media presence.
5. Create and optimize graphics for use in various digital marketing materials such as websites, email campaigns, and landing pages.
6.Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for easy access and consistency across platforms.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a social media and graphic designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
2. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools.
3. Solid understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and design requirements (e.g., image dimensions, video lengths).
4. Knowledge of current design trends, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
5. Ability to translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into visually appealing designs.
6. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to visual content is a plus. Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics tools is desirable but not mandatory.
8. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
