Job Description
• Organize and maintain schedules to ensure steady workflow of course development
• Establish and enforce deadlines
• Discuss the development approach with key stakeholders/SMEs
• Research & recommend alternative approaches that help make learning fun
• Discuss with IDs to clearly define the detailed representation/strategy of the content
• Determine the message the design should portray as per Storyboard
• Create images that identify a asset or convey a message as per SB
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for asset illustrations, logos, and websites
• Create designs either by hand or by using computer software packages
• Select colours, images, text style, and layout
• Incorporate changes recommended by the final storyboard
• Review designs for errors before publishing them
• Utilize design software such as Photoshop and InDesign, and multimedia design software such as AfterEffects or any animation software as desired to enhance the learning experience
