Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Video Editor to work across a variety of media and projects. The ideal candidate will use their artistic and technical skills to develop compelling visual content that aligns with our business goals and brand standards. You will collaborate with the marketing team, manage multiple design tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop innovative graphic designs using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
· Collaborate with management and marketing teams to gather requirements and ensure brand consistency.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
· Implement and schedule projects based on workload, handling five or more concurrent assignments if needed.
· Analyze current design processes, identify improvement areas, and implement creative solutions.
· Maintain and update internal design databases, including graphics, photos, and video assets.
Key Requirements:
· Proven experience in graphic design with a strong and diverse portfolio.
· Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
· Exceptional creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of WordPress, Bootstrap, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to express design ideas clearly.
