Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a design background and experience ranging from 0.6 months to 4 years. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various platforms, including video editing, motion graphics, website design, and social media marketing. And good knowledge with AI tools is a must
Responsibilities
· Create innovative and visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials.
· Develop motion graphics and video content to support marketing campaigns and training modules.
· Design and maintain creative, user-friendly websites.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging social media content.
· Assist in the creation of marketing materials that align with our brand identity and mission.
· Support the development and execution of design concepts for presentations, reports, and other internal documents.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
· Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Expectations
· Candidate with good Communication (English and Hindi)
· Knowledge of AI Tools
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Strong attention to detail.
Skills:
Video first approach, Video editing, Motion graphics, Innovative design, Social Media, Marketing Banners/ Videos, Create creatives for performance marketing, websites, packaging design changes and good knowledge with AI tools is a must.
Tools:
After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Premiere Pro
Job Specification
Qualification: 10+2+3/ Graduate (Design industry background preferred)
Experience: Minimum 0.6months - 4 years’ working for Ecommerce, D2C, B2C Brand, F&B sector, and modern retail brands will be a plus
Salary: Open to discussion
Shift: 6 days, WFOffice
Location: Pune
