Responsibilities
Understanding the internal stakeholder requirement, bring in creative thinking based on industry norms and create engaging visual design.
Researching the market and identifying trends in the industry w.r.t visual design
Ensure design projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Conceptualizing visuals based on company brand requirements.
Creating images and layouts using design software.
Testing graphics across various media.
Work with copywriters and the internal stakeholders to produce the final design.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and engaging.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.
Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing designs.
Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
Should be able to create design elements for social media posts, flyers, events, newsletter, PowerPoint and brochures.
Design and edit videos for strong visual impact.
Skills Requirements
Proven graphic designing experience.
Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design and video software and technologies (such as Canva Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
