Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Graphic Designer at GrowSmart in Chennai. The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content for branding, social media marketing, and marketing materials.
• Design posters, banners, and digital creatives for LinkedIn, email, and web.
• Create visual templates for product feature highlights, go-live announcements, customer testimonials, and more.
• Collaborate on short videos (promo, testimonial, walkthroughs) — either hands-on or by working with video freelancers.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across marketing and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand design (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio of digital creatives, social posts, and basic video assets.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma / Adobe XD / Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Bonus: Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro or similar).
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability through visuals.
