Bachelor Degree in a Design-related field (Graphic, Product, UX/UI, Multimedia Design)
Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools)
Social media savvy—understanding of trends, engagement tactics, and branding
Strong organizational skills—ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Collaborative approach—comfortable working in an iterative environment, giving and receiving feedback

Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics and videos optimized for web, mobile, and social media
On-Site Content Creation: Travel to jobsites to capture real-time content for marketing and social media
UX/UI Design: Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for internal and external digital platforms
Graphic Design: Develop and design digital and printed materials, execute proposals, create branding assets, design presentations, and produce marketing collateral
