We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic & Motion Designer who can push boundaries, think beyond templates, and deliver top-notch design and video content across digital and print platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Design

· Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts (not just template-driven).

· Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes .
2. Brand & Web Design

· Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements .

· Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics .

· Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
3. Motion Graphics & Video Creation

· Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos .

· Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects .

· Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.

· Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.

· Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.
4. AI & Creative Innovation

· Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.

· Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends .

· Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
5. Adaptability & Collaboration

· Respond quickly to urgent client changes (especially during campaign days/festivals).

· Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns.

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).

· Proficiency in:

i) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)

ii) AI creative tools (for design and video)

· Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory .

· Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.

· Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos .

· Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.

· Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.

· Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
