We are looking for a smart and experienced individual to join our innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media.
2. Working with the creative team to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
3. Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project and edit video footage along with adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
4. Design and develop social media creatives and application and website creatives like banner and strips.
5. Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes.
6. Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure consistency of designs across various Platforms for various channels.
7. Visualise, design and develop creative graphics, design concepts and layouts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Deep understanding of fundamental visual motion design disciplines (typography, iconography, audio, composition, color, layout, etc.).
2. Proficient in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Lottie, or similar tools.
3. Good understanding of scene assembly.
4. Basic knowledge of 3D software is good and have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
5. Candidate must be truly passionate about design and have an ability to think out of the box.
6. Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
1. Prior 4+ experience as a Motion & Graphic Designing with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
2. Degree /diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3. Good communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas.
4. Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
