Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals and intuitive digital experiences across our website, product interfaces, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design UI/UX layouts for websites, web apps, and mobile applications using modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Create visual assets including banners, social media creatives, infographics, and email templates
• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs
• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to improve usability and functionality
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and data analytics
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic and UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI/UX design work
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience designing for eCommerce platforms or SaaS products
• Animation/motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar tools)
• Understanding of conversion-focused design and A/B testing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Ashok Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
