Role Overview:
As a Graphic & Video Designer Executive, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching
visual assets and engaging videos for social media, e-commerce, paid campaigns, and product
launches. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop on-brand
creatives that drive engagement, awareness, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
Create static designs for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), web banners,
emailers, and digital ads.
Design product creatives, infographics, and A+ content for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.
Support in website visuals, landing pages, and packaging assets (if needed).
Video Creation & Editing
Conceptualize and create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and
paid ads.
Edit raw footage into engaging product videos, tutorials, unboxings, and motion
graphics.
Add effects, animations, transitions, music, and text overlays as per brand guidelines.
Repurpose long-form content into short edits for multi-platform use.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on campaign requirements.
Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals and video content.
Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (internships can be
considered).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,
After Effects.
Strong portfolio of static and video work (Reels, ads, product videos, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple design and video projects in a deadline-driven environment.
A good eye for layout, typography, color, and motion.
Basic understanding of content trends on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and
Amazon.
Good to Have:
Experience in the beauty/skincare or lifestyle category.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
Knowledge of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for Reels, Stories, Ads, and
Marketplace videos.
Interest in shooting content (basic camera/phone setups) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
