Role Overview
We're looking for a Graphic & Video Editor who understands the pulse of real estate marketing and can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, videos, and content.
You'll be responsible for driving the brand's digital presence, creating impactful marketing material, and managing all creative executions across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute social media content (graphics and videos) for the company and real estate projects.
Create marketing collaterals such as posts, site branding, flyers, and other creatives using design tools.
Manage social media platforms end-to-end — from content strategy and scheduling to engagement and analytics.
Handle video shoots, editing, and promotional reels for company and project campaigns.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Support on-ground marketing activities, including events, activations, and photoshoots.
Track and analyze campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of real estate marketing and branding.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator preferred).
Skilled in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar).
Hands-on experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Strong creative and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relat
ed field.
Minim
um 1 year of experience in real estate or digital marketing.
