About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Graphic & Video Specialist who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs and engaging video content. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring brand stories to life across digital platforms — leveraging AI-powered tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design compelling graphics for websites, email, social media, and digital ads.
• Produce high-quality short and long-form videos (reels, promos, testimonials, explainers).
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, D-ID, Canva Magic Studio) to enhance visual production.
• Collaborate with content and digital teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts.
• Optimize graphics and videos for engagement across channels.
• Keep up to date with design trends, video storytelling formats, and emerging AI design tools.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools for design or video editing.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for social media, ad campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
