The Multimedia Specialist reports to the Data Strategy and Operations team as part of the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). This role is responsible for executing the redesign of the existing Microsoft SharePoint communications site to support the needs of the organization. The Multimedia Specialist will also assist in Microsoft PowerPoint projects and developing graphic design projects as required.

- Must attend meetings between the hours of 8-+:30 p.m. IST up to two times a week.
- Experience with SharePoint, Graphic Design, and PowerPoint.
- Must be detail oriented, communicative, and able to work independently

Primary SharePoint responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint modern experience
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager and stakeholders to streamline the user experience
- Communicate updates on a regular basis
- Review existing SharePoint architecture, identify deficiencies, and develop solutions
- Ensure all design is in line with Cisco branding and organizational style
- Create content and design in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Review existing SharePoint sites for older and outdated information
- Validate that all links and images are active and displayed appropriatelyÂ
- Check access restrictions on all pages and work with stakeholders to identify any limitations
- Create an inventory spreadsheet to identify all CDAO-specific sites and pages
- Provide maintenance supportÂ

Primary graphic design responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator
- Develop graphic design assets including logos, banners, icons, and other collateral as needed
- Ensure all design is in line with Cisco branding
- Ensure that PowerPoint templates are up to date and adhere to Cisco standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual formats
- Support requests to help structure presentation decksÂ
- Other duties as assigned to support the organisation
