Role/Position: UI/UX Designer Experience: 2 to 3 years Industry: IT & Software Services Functional Area: UI/UX Design Employment Type: Fulltime, Permanent Salary: CTC: 4-5 lakhs/annum Location: Hyderabad Skillset / Qualifications: - Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. - A team player but can work independently too. - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Sketch, InVision) Desired Candidate profile: -Conceptualizing creative ideas with the team. -Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. -Knowledge of WordPress; different content management systems preferred. -Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. -Proficiency in graphic design software including CoralDraw; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and other visual design tools. -Knowledge with HTML and CSS preferred. -Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. -Creative and open to new ideas. Responsibilities: - Ability to effectively engage with business users on discussions regarding complex and core operating business processes, drive solutions design from both business and technical perspectives and demonstrated the ability to build professional relationships. - Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, page navigations etc. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like - Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UIUX design strategy for the brand. - Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) - Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, process flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. - Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, images, typography and graphic design
