We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Web Designer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on using Photoshop and other design tools to bring our clients' visions to life.
Responsibilities:
Web Design:
Collaborate with the development team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create visually appealing website designs, incorporating user-friendly interfaces and responsive layouts.
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
Optimize graphics and images for the web, ensuring fast loading times and optimal performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.
Poster Design:
Develop eye-catching posters and visual assets that effectively communicate messages and brand identities.
Conceptualize and execute creative designs that capture attention and engage the target audience.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
Ensure consistency in design across various mediums and platforms.
Pitch Deck Design:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitch decks that effectively showcase products, services, or concepts.
Transform complex information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand slides.
Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to present data and statistics in an engaging manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure pitch decks align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Design Maintenance:
Conduct regular audits of websites, posters, and pitch decks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and updated information.
Implement design revisions and updates as necessary to improve performance and meet client expectations.
Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for efficient and consistent design production.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, poster design, and pitch deck design skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design and user experience best practices.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks is a plus.
