Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and other visual design tools
Proficiency in front-end UE development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS
Understanding of content management systems
Understanding of search engine optimization principles
Proficient understanding of cross-browser/device compatibility issues
Excellent visual design and layout skills
Portfolio required
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
Creative and open to all ideas
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time on-site position, Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Our marketing department is seeking a new team member proficient in digital and print design to help maintain and cultivate the Laser Shot Branding efforts and digital presence
The ideal candidate will be an expert in SEO and manage our Google AdWords campaigns daily
Additional daily duties will include graphic design pertinent to our digital presence and operating our in-house Versant 180 Press printer to print, trimming, and pack orders for marketing adventures in a timely manner and maintain minimum stock
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, an eloquent communicator, and ready to go with the workflow in a fast-paced fluid environment
