Job Description
• Design consistent and compelling expressions of the company's brand identity and follow email best practices, to ensure projects adhere to specifications and standards, including mobile.
• Code responsive text and image-based emails for various campaigns using the latest HTML and CSS email oriented best practices with a focus on code reusability.
• Website creation and editing in WordPress.
• Design and develop web-based components in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript from the ground up.
• Effectively use existing HTML email layout templates for maximum efficiency and timeliness and develop new templates as per industry trends and standards.
• Create HTML email campaigns and email newsletters for internal and external communications.
• Edit and update web content within several content management systems, static HTML sites.
• Design all collaterals, marketing material required for Online and offline campaigns. Manage all design projects from start to finish in order to meet established deadlines.
• Video editing skills are must.
• Qualification/Experience:
• 1. Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
• 2. Degree in Graphic designing is a plus.
• 3. Excellent English language knowledge.
• 4. 1-4 years of professional experience creating appealing Web and Graphic Design.
• 5. Excellent design portfolio.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

Must have creative knowledge in Photoshop for Layout, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive website designing (Bootstrap)

WordPress knowledge is a must

Should have knowledge of W3C validation, Google page speed and email campaigning

Should be proficient with the graphics tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft PowerPoint

Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently and having good knowledge on all the graphic and current design trends

Experience / knowledge following brand guidelines while working on deliverables and preparing templates

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities

Good communication skills both verbal and written

Should be able to communicate clearly and effectively
