Job Description
WSFx Global Pay is look for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with expertise in web and app design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including web and mobile apps.
• Work with the product team to define and refine user requirements and develop user-centric design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and evaluate feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are implemented to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects for both web and app.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating personas, user flows, and wireframes.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with mobile app design patterns and guidelines for iOS and Android.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
