• Position Overview: We are seeking talented Graphic and Web Designers with expertise in Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe XD / Figma, and a flair for creating compelling graphics for social media. As a member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience and brand presence of our clients.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create engaging and responsive web designs using Adobe XD and Figma.
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
- Implement design guidelines, best practices, and standards across various digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and innovative.
- Provide design support for various projects, including e-commerce websites, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic and Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Adobe XD and Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in creating graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
