Role Description
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually striking designs for social media, digital ads, websites, and brand campaigns.
You'll collaborate closely with the creative, video, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life — faster and smarter — using both traditional design tools and AI-powered design platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and high-impact visuals for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations.
Use AI tools (such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Firefly, Ideogram, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up creative ideation and design generation.
Design graphics that align with brand identity and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints.
Stay ahead of design trends and explore new AI tools for enhanced creativity and productivity.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Optimize designs for both static and motion use (GIFs, reels, short-form creatives).
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital or marketing agency).
Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign).
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Leonardo AI, freepik, or similar).
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and branding.
Ability to convert creative briefs into visually stunning designs.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and design sense.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
