Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing and branding needs
2. Managing all graphic design tasks, refining presentations and drafts, and generating creative design ideas with extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques and considerable experience implementing designs for marketing campaigns, shall be able to make deliberate design decisions
3. Design creatives for all marketing initiatives - social posts, digital ads emails, off-line ads, website banners and editorials.
4. Design creative PowerPoint presentations for multiple stakeholders
5. A creative Video Editor who can utilize Adobe Premier to present Video Content in an engaging way to the viewers.
6. Strong understanding of videos on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Speed in quality video content delivery.
7. GIF animation/ video editing/ image editing for multiple media applications.
8. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
+. Constantly innovate on creative application - adapting to the current trending styles and employee engagement.
10. Strict adherence to brand guidelines and logo applications.
Requirements and skills:
1. Minimum 2-3 yrs experience with Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Corel draw.
2. Must have knowledge of following software's - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
3. Knowledge of Canva etc is added advantage
4. Knows Image/ video editing and HTML.
5. Should be Innovative and creative.
