Job Description
A Graphic Designer within the marketing team plays a crucial role in crafting visual content that enhances brand presence and supports marketing initiatives. This position involves creating engaging and visually appealing designs for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. The designer works closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and other team members to ensure that all visual materials align with campaign goals and brand identity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualization and Design:
Lead the conceptualization and design of visually compelling materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Produce high-quality interactive and static graphics for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
Brand Guardianship:
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in design elements across all touchpoints and campaigns. Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Client Interaction:
Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to understand design needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Expertise in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a design team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Graphic Designing

A high level of proficiency using Adobe products like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, Premier, Dreamweaver, XD, etc.
MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, and Visio)
